Where do I have to send the logo for my personalized wooden box?
After your order process is complete, please send us your logo for your wooden box with photo lid by email to Mail@Meine-Holzbox.de
How does the logo have to be designed for my laser engraving?
Please send us your logo as a black and white file, cut out and with 300 dpi. The logo should have a size between 50 & 500 KB.
A file in one of the following formats as PNG // PDF // GIF // AI is ideal.
Name the file with your name and your order number - so we can easily assign it!
What materials can you engrave?
In our laser studio we work with a high quality and precise CO2 laser process. In this way we achieve a very high quality of the engravings. We engrave the following materials: wood, glass, alumamark, cork. AlumaMark is a material made of aluminum that is processed for laser engraving in a special process. The engraved aluminum sign is attached to wooden boxes, album boxes, USB boxes and USB boxes. The AlumaMark plates are standard with the dimensions 8.5 cm x 5.5 cm x 0.01 cm, or 8.5 cm x 3 cm x 0.01 cm, or 3.6 cm x 1.5 cm x 0, 01 cm available.
What wood are the boxes made of?
The boxes for pictures with a USB stick compartment are made of birch wood and poplar wood. The dividers are made of multiplex.
In what colors is the wooden box for pictures available?
The wooden box for photos with laser engraving (on request) is available in the color palette walnut, brown, black, natural or white. The USB wooden box is ideal for USB sticks. The USB boxes are available in walnut, brown and white. The album box with metal hinge is available in brown or walnut. The XXL wooden gift box for photos in the format 15 cm x 21 cm (or smaller e.g. 15 x 20) is available in brown, natural or walnut.
Your sizes do not match my pictures, are there special sizes?
From an order quantity of 30 boxes made of wood, we manufacture your desired size. Just send us an email to Mail@Meine-Holzbox.de.
Is there a wooden box without an inner bar?
If you wish, you can purchase wooden boxes from us without an inner bar. This is also possible from a purchase quantity of 30 boxes. You can also choose from the full range of colors: natural, walnut, white, black, brown. Just write us a message at Mail@Meine-Holzbox.de
Can I return my box? Revocation, return?
Unfortunately, you cannot return any item that we personalize with your logo like an item of clothing that you do not like.
Reasons for exclusion or expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts - For goods that are not prefabricated - For goods for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer - If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and, when concluding the contract, are acting in the exercise of your commercial or self-employed activity.
Since wood is a natural product, it can sometimes happen that small knots or a certain grain can be seen on your wooden gift box. This is not a reason for a complaint, but a unique charm that defines our wooden boxes. In between, it can happen that we miss a chipped corner on the wooden box, or that a production error occurs when the stain is applied. You can complain about these boxes.
