How should the logo be designed for my laser engraving?
Please send us your logo, preferably as a black and white file, cut out, and at 300 dpi. The logo should be between 50 and 500 KB in size.
The file in one of the following formats is ideal: PNG, PDF, AI or EPS .
Name the file with your name and order number – this way we can easily assign it!
Where do I send the logo for my personalized wooden box?
During the ordering process, you have the option to upload or send your logo . If this doesn't work, please send us your logo by email to Mail@Meine-Holzbox.de with the above information after placing your order.
What materials can you engrave?
In our laser studio, we work with a high-quality and precise CO2 laser process, enabling us to achieve extremely high-quality engravings.
We engrave the following materials: wood, glass, AlumaMark, cork .
AlumaMark is an aluminum material that undergoes a special laser engraving process. The engraved aluminum plate is applied to wooden boxes, album boxes, and USB drives.
The AlumaMark plates are available as standard with the dimensions
– 8.5cm x 5.5cm x 0.01cm,
– 8.5cm x 3cm x 0.01cm or
– 3.6 cm x 1.5 cm x 0.01 cm
available.
What kind of wood are the boxes made of?
The picture boxes with USB flash drive compartment are made of birch and poplar wood . The dividers are made of multiplex .
What colors are your wooden boxes available in?
Our wooden boxes are available in a wide range of colors, which can be found on the individual products.
Your sizes don’t fit my pictures – are there special sizes?
For orders of 30 or more wooden boxes, we can produce the size you require.

Is there a wooden box without an inner baffle?
Yes, our wooden gift box is available with or without a divider .

Shipping & Delivery Time
The delivery times stated are always approximate. Shortages of wood and chips may extend delivery times.
The times stated in the online shop refer to our processing and production time – this begins from the time of receipt of payment and final logo approval .
The shipment is then carried out by DHL , whose delivery time from collection is approximately 2-5 working days .
Please ensure that your name and house number are clearly visible on the mailbox to ensure smooth delivery.
Since we make everything by hand and with a lot of love , despite our best efforts there may be a longer waiting time - we apologize!
Can I return my box? Cancellation or return?
Unfortunately, you cannot return any items that we personalize with your logo like a piece of clothing that you don't like.
Reasons for exclusion or expiration:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
– For goods that are not prefabricated
– For goods whose production is based on an individual selection or determination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
– If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and are acting in the exercise of your commercial or independent activity when concluding the contract.
Note on natural materials:
Since wood is a natural product, it can sometimes happen that small knots or a certain grain are visible on your wooden gift box.
This is not a reason for complaint , but rather the unique charm that characterizes our wooden boxes.
Occasionally, we may overlook a chipped corner on the wooden box or a manufacturing defect may occur when applying the stain.
Of course, you can complain about these boxes.
